At BELLAMI Hair, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on unopened hair extensions and unused hair care products. To maintain hygiene standards, all hair extensions must be returned in their original, factory-sealed packaging with the security seal intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Verify Product Condition

  Ensure the hair extensions have not been removed from the main package and that the security seal is unbroken to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Once your request is approved, download your prepaid shipping label and securely attach it to your original shipping box or a similar mailing package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
